Knowing Your Season Colour Palette

Limiting or Liberating?

I love to talk about the power of knowing your best colours and how it can enhance your style and life.

However, there are some mixed feelings around whether knowing your seasonal colour palette can be limiting. It’s normal to not favour being labelled a seasonal palette, thinking that these colours must be the only colours you are “allowed” to wear.

It's not all black and white

I completely understand how this may feel restricting, but upon discovering how many beautiful colours belong to each seasonal colour palette, you’re not limited with choices.

“Please don’t tell me I can’t wear black”

I hear this all the time and I encourage my clients to wear colours they love, guiding them with different ways to incorporate these colours into their wardrobe and how to wear them best.

Liberating? Tell me why

Personally, I love knowing my colour palette, but here is some feedback direct from some of my clients who now also know their seasonal palette:

  1. I feel so much more in control when shopping for clothes.
  2. My wardrobe now mixes and matches perfectly.
  3. This was the best investment. I’ve actually saved money as I now know the colours to avoid.
  4. When I wear the right colours my skin looks great and I don’t need to wear a lot of makeup.

Power equals possibility

I truly believe that knowing your best colours is definately not limiting at all.

In fact, I’d go as far as saying that knowing your best colours expands your possiblities in terms of style, your wardrobe and how you present yourself. When you know how to rock your colours, the compliments flow and you will feel fantastic!
